The 438 AEW’s
mission is to train advise and assist our Afghan partners to develop a
professional, capable, sustainable Afghan Air Force.
Gen. Barry R. Cornish, commander of 9th Air and Space Expeditionary
Task Force-Afghanistan, presided over the change of command ceremony.
